About me

I am Roberto Fernández Iglesias, an Industrial Engineer and software developer with over 9 years of experience. My primary programming language is Python, which I have been working with for the past 5 years. However, throughout my career, I have also had the opportunity to work with languages such as C, C++, Java, and JavaScript, as well as HTML and CSS.

I have a strong background in Linux environments, with experience in bash scripting, system deployment and optimization, and extensive knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, OracleDB, PostgreSQL, SQLite) and non-relational databases like MongoDB.

In test automation, I have spent 4 years developing frameworks based on Pytest for backend testing (APIs and databases) and frontend testing, utilizing tools like Selenium and Appium.

As a web developer, I am proficient in Django, working both on API creation and full-stack application development, including frontend tasks using frameworks like Bootstrap and TailwindCSS.

Additionally, I am skilled in technologies such as REST APIs, Docker, Git, and management tools like JIRA, with experience in CI/CD processes.
